One of the biggest developments involves Nolan’s cellphone. His family and the district attorney’s office have agreed to a joint forensic examination of the device, which could potentially help reconstruct his communications and movements before his disappearance. Reports have also said the phone is being treated as an important part of the continuing investigation.
